About the Landscape Analysis

The Fostering Diverse Schools (FDS) Grant includes conducting a comprehensive Landscape Analysis aimed at understanding the current educational and community conditions within the NJSC districts. This analysis, conducted by Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm Opportunity Consulting, gathers critical data on student performance, teacher diversity, socioeconomic factors, and community resources.

 

By examining academic outcomes, school culture, and existing policies, the Landscape Analysis helps identify key challenges and opportunities for fostering equity and improving educational experiences. The insights gained will guide strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring that schools are equipped to meet the needs of their most vulnerable students.
